1. Introduction
Welcome to Axgen, operated by AXGEN AI PVT LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our AI-powered marketing services.
Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:
- Register for our waitlist or create an account
- Express interest in our products or services
- Participate in activities on our platform
- Contact us directly
Personal Information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and any other information you choose to provide.
Usage Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our site.
3. Information from Connected Advertising Platforms
When you connect your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google account to Axgen, we collect data from those platforms via their official APIs (Facebook Graph API and Google Ads API) using OAuth-based authorization. You explicitly approve the scopes we request during the OAuth consent flow, and you may revoke access at any time.
For Meta (Facebook and Instagram), we collect:
- Your Facebook Pages list (page names, IDs, profile pictures) so you can choose which Page to advertise from
- Linked Instagram Business account information (username and account ID)
- Ad accounts inside your Business Manager (account IDs, names, currencies, status)
- Existing campaign and ad data (for duplicate-prevention and pre-flight checks)
- Page engagement data, used only to verify your Meta Pixel is firing before deploying campaigns
- Lead Ads form submissions you have authorized us to retrieve
For Google, we collect:
- Google Ads customer IDs you authorize Axgen to manage
- Existing campaign and ad performance data for the customer accounts you connect
We do not request, store, or read content outside the scope of permissions you grant. We never read your private messages or follower lists, and we never write to your Page or post on your behalf without your explicit confirmation in the Axgen application.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:
- To plan, create, and launch advertising campaigns you explicitly approve before deployment
- To verify your tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Tag) before spending ad budget
- To prevent duplicate or conflicting campaigns
- To improve, personalize, and expand our services
- To communicate with you about updates, offers, and product changes
- To detect and prevent fraud and security issues
We use Meta and Google data only to operate the marketing services you have authorized. We do not use this data for advertising to other users, training general-purpose AI models, or any purpose outside the scope of our service.
5. How We Store and Secure Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:
- OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest and stored server-side. They are never exposed to client-side code or shared with third parties.
- Meta and Google data we cache (such as Page lists, ad accounts, and campaign data) is stored in our hosted database with access restricted to authorized internal services.
- All traffic to and from our services uses HTTPS/TLS.
While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
6. Service Providers and Third-Party Processors
To operate Axgen, we share limited data with the following service providers strictly under contract and only for the purposes described:
- AWS S3 — storage of advertising creative assets and company-uploaded files
- MongoDB Atlas — primary database for application and user data
- Supabase — authentication and identity management
- Vercel — hosting of our web application
- Render — hosting of our backend services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you and provide an opportunity to delete your data before any such transfer.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
When you disconnect a Meta or Google account from Axgen:
