Overview
At Axgen, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data and what happens when you do. Axgen is operated by AXGEN AI PVT LTD.
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Through Connected Platforms (Facebook / Meta)
If you connected Axgen through Facebook or Instagram:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "Axgen" in your connected apps list
- Click Remove and select "Delete my data from Axgen"
- Click Send Request
We will automatically receive your deletion request and revoke the OAuth access token immediately. Cached Meta data (Pages, ad accounts, campaign data, Instagram handle) is deleted within 7 days. Full account purge completes within 30 days.
Method 2: Direct Request via Email
Send an email to axgen.main@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Axgen account
- Company name (if applicable)
- Any additional details to help us identify your account
Method 3: Self-Serve Inside the Axgen App
Sign in to Axgen, go to Settings → Ad Accounts, and click Disconnect on each connected Meta or Google account. Disconnecting revokes OAuth tokens immediately and triggers deletion of cached Meta or Google data within 7 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
Account Information
- Name, email address, and contact details
- Company information and business details
- Authentication credentials and OAuth access tokens
Marketing Data
- Campaign strategies and plans generated
- Content and copy created through our platform
- Marketing analytics and performance data
- Audience research and insights
Platform Usage Data
- Activity logs and usage history
- Preferences and settings
- Communication history with our support team
Connected Platform Data
- Cached Facebook Pages, Instagram handles, and ad account information
- Google Ads customer IDs and campaign data
- API tokens and access credentials
- Campaign data synced from connected platforms
What Data We Retain (Legal Obligations)
We may retain certain data as required by law:
- Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes) — retained for up to 7 years
- Billing information (for financial compliance) — retained for up to 7 years
- Aggregated, anonymized data (cannot identify you personally)
- Legal compliance data (if required by court order or regulatory authority)

Verification Process
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests:
- We will send a verification email to your registered email address
- You must confirm the request within 48 hours
- For high-value accounts, we may require additional verification
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your request is processed, you will receive:
- Confirmation Number: A unique reference number (format: DEL-XXXXXX-YYYY)
- Status Email: Updates at each stage of the deletion process
- Final Confirmation: Email confirmation once deletion is complete
Impact of Data Deletion
Please note that deleting your data means:
- ✕Your Axgen account will be permanently closed
- ✕All marketing campaigns and strategies will be lost
- ✕You will lose access to all generated content and analytics
- ✕Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refund for partial periods)
- ✕You cannot recover this data once deleted
Exceptions to Deletion
We may decline deletion requests if:
- Active Legal Obligation: We are required to retain data by law or regulation
- Pending Transaction: Outstanding payments or disputes
- Fraud Prevention: Legitimate security or fraud investigation
- Contract Fulfillment: Necessary to complete services you have requested
If we cannot delete your data, we will:
- Explain the specific reason
- Provide an estimated retention period
- Offer to restrict processing instead
Alternative: Data Restriction
If you do not want full deletion, you can request:
- Account Suspension: Keep data but deactivate the account
- Processing Restriction: Limit how we use your data
- Data Export: Download your data before deletion

Third-Party Services
Axgen integrates with various platforms. Deletion from Axgen does not automatically delete data from:
- Facebook / Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Other connected advertising platforms
You must request deletion separately from each platform. Helpful links:
Data Deletion for Organizations
If you are an organization with multiple team members:
- Account Owners can request deletion of all organizational data
- Team Members can only request deletion of their personal profile data
- Organization data deletion requires verification from the account owner
Children's Data
Axgen is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information without requiring a formal request.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Check the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of Axgen after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
